Hi!

I am helping my wife with her application. She applied and right after that we traveled to out of US. During the trip we received the electronic receipt notification from USCIS.

Now we are back to US and USCIS sent us a RFE. One of the documents she has to send is the I-94. What happen is that now she has a new I-94 so the date of last entry in US is different then when she applied with I-765.

What should she do, send the new I-94? Send the old one? Send a new I-765 updated?

You are not suppose to leave the country when the extension is pending with USCIS. Send the copy of the latest I-94 . There is no oint in sending a copy of the old I-94 which is already returned back to CBP.
