Maximum Duration between submission of DS160 and Scheduling an Interview

Hi All.

I had started filling my DS160 on 30th April 2012. It was submitted on 9th May 2012. HDFC Bar codes are obtained. Now, I want to know what is the maximum duration i can wait for scheduling an interview.

Is there any rule that DS160 is valid only till 30 days. If so, is it from date of filling in, or from the date of submission and confirmation.?

Can I schedule an interview after 30th May 2012?

AFAIK there is no such duration.
