L1 B to Converion and L2 Extension

Hi,

I am hearing that L1 and L2 Pettions are filed seperatly.I am currently on L1 B in US( for 3.5 years) and if I am on L1B I will max out in 1 .5 years.

Anyway My Employer is converting me to L1 A( as I am a manager now) and that should increase my time before max out.
At the same time , my employer is doing the L2 extension for my spouse as well. In that case, if L2 pettition is considered first by USCIS,she will be getting extension only for 1.5 years. Is that Correct? Will it create any other issue?

No issues. She can file the extension again later when her I-94 is about to expire (within 6 months of I-94 expiry date).
