I'm new at immihelp.com, so hi everyone!
I plan to move to the USA. I have a company in Spain (10 years already). It's a translation company, which has contact with European and Asian customers.
I plan to open new branch office in the USA (probably in Florida).
I read that I can apply for a L1-A visa. I've heard that for the first year of my activities, I'll get a visa for only 1 year. Will I be able to start the process to get Green Card (through EB-1) during the first year?
Probably I should have some real estate in USA, to get this visa (as an requirement to get the USA address).
What will be after the first year? I have read that I will have to prove that my company is maintaining the business. If it is true, are there any minimum profits?
I would be grateful for your help and clarifications!
