Urgent: Need information regarding immigration check

Hello friends,
My wife is traveling later to the US on an L2 dependent visa and I (on L1B) am traveling before.
2 questions:

1) What documents do I need to produce before the immigration officer at the port of entry?
> someone told me don't carry original degree certificates, etc.

2) What all documents does she need to produce at the time of immigration check in the US?
> someone told me give your I129 (original) to her as she might need it.

Can anyone urgently help me out with this please? If this answer is already in some thread please paste the link. Thanks a lot for your concern!

That does not apply to L2 Visa. Just carry L1 principal's approval notice.

2) What all documents does she need to produce at the time of immigration check in the US?
> someone told me give your I129 (original) to her as she might need it.
I129 and approval notice in original is advisable.
