EAD-I765 Supporting docs+L2

Ive applied for EAD online and have recieved the confirmation receipt and iam confused about the documents ive to send to the address given in the reciept

i dint find any clear info about which documents i should send ,can anyone please help me

Iam here on L2 visa ..
this is the first time iam applying for EAD

Please i need help ASAP

Copies of your Passport, Visa, I-94 (Both sides).
Copies of spouse's passport, Visa, I-94, recent paystubs
Copy of marriage certificate
Submission confirmation page (Read the document generated by the system, you probably only need to send the first page)

is cover letter needed

I don't remember about the photographs. Check out I-765 instructions on USCIS website.

Yes you need 2 photographs with your I94 number on the back for manual EAD application, I am not sure if this holds good for online EAD.

Cover page is not required in case of manual application. Please read instructions document for all the details.
