L1-B Visa Extension Stamping Location in India

Hi,

My L1-B Visa Extension has been approved and i need to visit India for personal reasons. Can i get my Visa Stamped for Extension at Mumbai ? As that is where my L1-B Visa was granted earlier as well is my home city?

Or is it just Chennai which does the processing of L1-B Visa Extensions? Any help on this is highly appreciated. Also someone who has done this recently in Mumbai,please can you let me know the processing times?

What is your L1 visa type, blanket or individual?
If individual - You can go for stamping in Mumbai. If blanket - You have to go for chennai for stamping
