Will 'Test Leads' with special domain and knowledge gets L1B ?

I am having QA and testing background and having 6 plus yrs of overall Exp.Also I have unique knowledge of XX domain ,can I become eligible for L1B?
Please suggest as much as you can.

Well, you can definitely try. If it doesn't work, then you will have to go for L1 individual.
