L1,L2 doubts

Hello All,

My company offering me L1 visa.,
I have a spouse and kid.,
spouse already visited US on B1(after 221g clearance)
In this regard., I would like to ask few questions:
Im having almost 5 yr work experience at same company., Im BTech with non-computer backgroud(Mech)
should I apply L2 visa simultaneously for spouse and kid???
what is the rejection/APD ratio for L1??

It is advisable to take your dependents with you for their L2 while going for your L1 stamping.
As for your eligibility, each individual, company, skill sets, requirements are different, the merits and demerits can not be determined on the basis of information provided by you. If your company attorney feels you qualify then you would have to go by their opinion.
As of rejection ratio, there is no official website having such data you would have to do your own reading around to determine that. Just as many failed attempts are not reported, many successful people dont post their experiences. One thing I have personally observed is that L1 are being more carefully scrutinized in recent past compared to previous years, again, this is my opinion, do seek expert opinion too.

Im actually planning to file under L1 B Blanket!!
after reading some forum topics., about high L1 B Blanket rejection., Im not sure about the visa approval ratio
as of now., what I got the info from a fellow employee whoz L1 B Visa got rejected just couple of days back.,
Only 2 questions are being asked? Total Years of Experience and Present Salary??
Im guessing they are rejecting all of those whose salary less than 9L.,
