L1A visa query
Hi,
As H1B is exhausted for this year, shall I apply for L1A individual as I possess PMP and working as manager for last 4 yrs in the same company and for same client.
But I have only 3 reportees under me 1 onsite and 2 offshore, is this going to be issue.Shall I get my visa approved or not, what could be RFE.
