Experience letter for person working on L2-EAD

Hi,
I have just recieved my EAD and Iam on L2 visa.
I have few belwo questions:-
1. Will i get Experience,Releaving and Joining letter in USA for the job i do here.
2. And will that experience letter be considered for job when i return my home country.

>>> Yes. EAD is just an authorization to work in U.S. Finding an employer to work is no different than what you in your home country. You should be able to get all the letters.
