L1B Preminium but i got RFE on 28 June 2012 , i want to know like what is the RFE .

I mean by when will my company will get Mail .

RFE - RequestFor Evidence.
The company should get the RFE in mail within couple of weeks from the online case status change. Once the company respond back to USCIS with the doucments requested, it will take 15 days to get a decision from the date USCIS receive the documents (Unless there is a second RFE).
