L1-Blanket questions??
Hi guys,
First time IN June 2008 I got my L1-B approved and travelled to USA. Then after 3 years in May 2011 my VISA expired and by that time I filed extension, which resulted in RFE. So we decided to withdraw the same and reapply L1-B blanket returning back to india in Oct 2011.
I had my interview in Feb 2012 @ Chennai consulate and got 221g - blue slip and VO told me that MY visa is not approvable under blanket category.
Since After that rejection, 5 months time I am working at offshore...
1) Can I apply for H1-B without any wait time in next 2013 cycle? I see cap for 2012 is already full.
2) Can I apply for L1-Individual, since I got rejected blanket?
3) Can I reapply for same Visa? Do I need to wait more? or 5 months is sufficient?
Please let me know.
