Previous Project's manager Letter for L1 A RFE

I was asked to provide previous project's (offshore) manager letter for my L1B to L1A Conversion RFE.I was managing a small team then in 2009 and then I moved to US on L1b .

Now When I give the letter Should we be showing that I was managing a team then?Will that affect my RFE Decision as USCIS may point out that I was supposed to be on L1 A then itself?

I believe USCIS would want the Manager letter for your current project as an additional proof that you are managing a team...are you sure they want it from your project in 2009, that does not make sense !

There won't be any such impact. Just provide what they have asked in their RFE.

Yes, I guess, it was asked to attest my one year experience in offshore before coming to US
