Hello,
My spouse possesses L1-A visa. We had NOT filed my L2 dependent visa along with his L1-A visa. However, we would like to apply for my L2 visa now separately.
I understand that the visa fee for all petition based applicants (H, L, O, P, Q and R ) and dependent visas is $150.
Please confirm if I am required to pay the additional fee ($2,250) and the Fraud Detection and Prevention Fee ($500) again. These additional fees were paid by my spouse's employer while processing his L1-A Visa.
