Hi,
I m new here and I apologize if I am not following any of the forum's rules.
My company got an approval for a L1 blanket petition and I have my interview this week (under L1B). I will be the first person who will be attending the visa interview under the blanket petition. I am really confused about the visa fraud prevention and detection fee ($500). My company in the US doesn't have more than 50% of the employees on H1 or L1 so I don't think there is a need to pay the $2000 fee. But the research I made on the internet on the fraud detection fee did not give any conclusive results.
Should I paying this fee ? If yes, how and when should I/company pay this? Any help/info on this is really appreciated.
