HI, My company applied L1B individual petition in the month of May. Last week i received RFE from USCIS.

Is there chances to get visa approved after submitting RFE to USCIS. I heard that chances going to be rare to get visa approved once anyone

receive RFE. My L1B balnket petition already rejected by USCIS and then my company apply for L1B individual petiton. Does this affect current

petiotion. Please help....

Your previous rejection will have no impact on the new petition. Also do not get guided by what others have to say - respond to the RFE with utmost detail and if you can put across your specialized knowledge properly; you will get the visa
