L1A Visa - Help needed

Hello All.... I am currently working in an foreign affiliated firm for my U.S. parent company. But the ownership/affiliation take place in 2012. Previously we worked as independent outsource firm.

Can anyone suggest if I can show my experience prior to such affiliation for L1A Visa purpose? I have been working for almost 4 year with my local company with an designation of "Manager" for last 2 years.

Read this for eligibility. Even though I think you are qualified; since the affiliation between the firms has just taken place; there might be a lot of things needed to prove the affiliation; and your company lawyer would be in the best position to answer this

Need Tips For L1B Visa Interview - URGENT

I am going for thr L1B visa interview next week and very tensed as i have heard about the rejection rate . Company has asked me to apply from chennai as they have comparetively less ratio.

Please suggest what all we need to keep in mind while going for an interview.
