L2 EAD and Driver's license
Im on L2visa,My previous EAD expired on 14th may 2012.I got my new i-94 on 12th may.I e-filed my application and at the same time sent all supporting documents to the VA office.I got my biometrics done on the 13th of june.I havent heard back from them yet.Its been more than 75 days.Please advice.I have raised a service request to expidite the case.Would it help?
Today i also went to renew my license as its about to expire on the 14th of august.The officer at DMV entered my new I-94 number and it didnt go through,all she said was she would get in touch with USCIS and update me in about 2 weeks.But at the same time my husbands new I-94 went through and he got his license.
When i checked the passport the old I-94 number and the new I-94 number are the same.What could have gone wrong?I went ot another DMV,but the answer is still the same.Should i go the Trenton office,which i believe is the head office.
Are all of these inter related because of the I-94?Would it affect my EAD?
