    Extension of L1 visa

    Hi,

    My Visa is valid till Nov 12.
    My I-94 is valid till Dec 2014.

    I want to attend the important family function in India in Dec 12. If I go back, my I-94 will void automatically.

    Can I file an exntension to my L1, so that I can come back to US again on that extesion.

    Please let me know the details.
