L2 EAD renewal based on I94

Hi,

My L1 Visa expiration date is on 29-Sep-2012
I-94 expiration date is on 20-Jun-2015

My wife's L2 Visa expiration date is on 29-Sep-2012
I-94 expiration date is on 20-Jun-2015
EAD expiration date is on 29-Sep-2012

Can we go ahead and apply her EAD for renewal based on I-94? Please let me know

Yes you can. You have to also understand that post Sept 2012 you cannot leave US an re enter without a new stamping.This is my opinion not legal advice.
