Received RFE by 5/26/2012
RFE submitted on : 7/30/2012

Could anyone help me with the current RFE response review time?

No timelines can be predicted. The only way you can get it processed faster is if you upgrade the case to premium. If you I-94 has expired or about to get expired I would strongly suggest you upgrade your case to premium.This is my opinion not legal advice.

Need help!

My L1 petition was filed under premium processing and RFE was received after 15 days. My RFE Response was filed and currently it is showing RFE Response review status. But Also it is showing that it would take 60 days to make a decision.

can someone help me to understand this "Even thought my petition was under premium processing, why RFE review is showing 60 days instead of 15 days".
