Not working for 1st couple of weeks in US, in L1 visa

I have L1 visa. Since we travelling as a family, I am planning to take a couple of weeks off after landing in US to settle my family down and then join for work. From L1 visa perspective, will there be any issue in doing this? Thanks!

As long as you are applying for vacation for those days and getting paid it should not be an issue. This is my opinion not legal advice.
