Hi - I have got my L1B extension petition approved and i am planning to go to india for a vacation ,just not sure how is the situation when we go for stamping with an approved petition ,please reply

I have L1 USA Visa, which allow me multiple entry to USA. I also have Indian passport to travel to India. My question is when I go to India for stamping in Jan 2013 to the US consulate, are there chances of rejection during stamping though I have L1 extension till Dec 2013?

As long as you have all the documentation it should be good, as far as chances of rejection, its a case to case basis, but it would be wrong to assume that having an approved extension is a guarantee of no rejection. This is my opinion not legal advice.
