Hi all,
I get an aproval for 1 year on my L1A visa as it is a start up company and the PED is 08/01/13
I get a 5 years visa expiring in 2017
I arrived in florida by plane last week and the officer stamped my passeport and I 94 form with a validity till 08/15/15
I understand that usually I 94 expiration date cannot be longer than PED date?
All the exemples i can read on the net are people having on their I 94 a date earlier than the PED i get the oposit??
What does that means that i can stay in the USA till august 2015 but cannot work after my PED expired ( if idont ask for an extension)?
My wife and the 2 kids get same date on I 94 ( 3 years as i ).
