L1A for individual with contract through Limited Company
Hello,
I'm currently trading from the UK through my Limited Company . One of my clients , in Mexico , asked me if I would like startup a branch in the USA for their Group . Does the year of employment required for an L1A , needs to be an actual full time personal emplpyment? Does it count if i worked for them for 2 years , with a long term contract with them trough my limited company? I can add that i'm also shareholder of the Mexican company in question.
