L1B Individual to L1A Blanket and extension of L1A visa in the US

Hi,

I had my L1B Individual visa approved in Oct 2008 and I have applied for L1A Blanket in 2010 and got it approved. Both these stampings happened in India. I am currently in US and my L1A visa is set to expire in Oct 2012. This is the 2nd time I am applying for extension. My wife is on L2 visa. Could you please let me know the chances of it getting approved in the US? Will there be any issue since I am applying for extension in the US?
