valid L1,L2 visa photo got pen marked

hello,

Me and my husband staying currently in US. My son lightly pen marked on the face of our visa photos.we have valid visa till 2014.Will we face any problem at airport while going back to India for good. No plans to come back to US on same visa .Please suggest thanks in advance
