L1B extension without payslip

Hi,

My L1B Visa and I-94 expires on Sep-29-12. I left to home country on June-08-12 and came back to US on Aug-06-2012 on L1B working for same company but NOT on payrolls. I am on perdeim till Nov-06-2012. Since L1B Visa and I-94 are expiring on Sep-29-12 my company is now filing for L1B extension normal processing. What are the chances of visa approval? Your advice or answer in this regard is greatly appreciated.

There is no straightforward mathematical formula which can predict the chances for visa approval. If your paperwork is in place and your qualify for L1B you should get it without any problem. This is my opinion not legal advice.
