L1A blanket after L1B expiry

Hi admin,

I was holding L1B from my earlier company AAA from apr 2010 till mar 2012 but never travelled. Now I have changed my company to BBB and it is applying fresh L1A for me. I am working as manager for last 1 eyar. Will holding an earlier L1B create any issue? Is is ok if my new profile is as functional manager and I will be managing a small team of 5 or 6 associates? Is is ok if my profile also included some work of domain expert as solution architech or it should be purely supervisor/managerial?

Your new L1A processing and decision is totally independent of your previous L1B. This is my opinion not legal advice.
