    I 797 c not recieved

    Hi

    I am in L 1 B Visa & my visa is going to expire soon. And my company had filed my visa extension for me & my family.

    But my family got the I 797 c but i didn't received yet.

    Can some body explain the time line to receive the I 797 c after submission of application.

    Also If i am staying without I797 c after my visa expires, Is there any issue.

    Please revert with answers.
