If your I-94 has already expired then plan to leave immediately, more clarity may be provided in the actual denial notice received. This is my opinion not legal advice.

So i should wait until i recieve Denial letter based on that i can leave immediately

As I said if your I-94 has already expired you should plan to leave immediately. The denial letter may tell you whether you need to leave immediately or within X number of days.....in my opinion, if your I-94 has expired, your stay from I-94 till date is illegal, every day extra you stay in US will will only add to the already out of status stay. This is my opinion not legal advice.
