My current employer is planning to apply my L1A through blanket.
I have 8+ years of IT experience. 'M.S.' has been my highest qualification.
Since 15 members report to me and I am about to complete my another post graduation in management (P.G.D.B.M.), I do find my case strong for petition, which is yet to be filed.
However, my H1B was rejected during stamping in March 2011. Will this have any impact on my new L1A processing or stamping, after 1.5 years?
I had traveled to US for my prior employer on L1B during March 2009. While in US, I got H1B petition approved during November 2010 from a local consultant there. However, during my India visit during March 2011, my stamping was rejected after 221(g).
This makes me little nervous for upcoming US assignment on L1A.
I am sure, I will receive valuable and experienced inputs here.
