I’m the founder and manager of a technology company in Colombia-South America with more than 20 employees. We have already registered a Corporation in USA and me, my partner and one trust employee will apply for L-1A Visas. I have some questions, hope you can kindly help me:
1. The petitioner company has to be the USA company? The USA company is just registered so it doesn’t have sales.
2. Do we have to pay the fee for each of the Individual Beneficiary?
3. Where are the interviews? In USA or in the Country where the Beneficiary are, in this case Colombia?
4. Most of the support documentation is in Spanish, so we have to translate it, Do we have to use an certified translator or those documents have to be sealed by a certified translator?
5. Can we make the application by ourselves or is there a requirement to do it through a lawyer?
