Hi,
I am on L1B visa in U.S. I first came in Nov 2007 and went back to India in July 2010. My visa got expired in Aug 2010 when I was in India. I stayed in India after that for one and half year. My employer filed the continuation of my previous L1 visa in June 2011 and I got the visa till June 2013. I came to U.S in Nov 2011 and I am in U.S presently. My question is/are:
1. Can my employer further apply for L1 extension before my visa expires in June 2013?
2. Is my clock reset as I was in India for more than a year?
3. If L1 extension can't be applied ( if Ihave used 5 years of my L1 visa), can they apply H1 and will I get it for 3 years?
4. Can a new L1B be applied and if yes, will I get it for another three years?
