I am currently on an L1-B visa which expired in April 2012. I-94 date got changed to Dec 2014 during trip to India. My company told me that I can work on a valid I-94.
My wife's EAD is valid till Nov 2012 and we applied for EAD renewal in August 2012. We have got an RFE asking for evidence that my L-1 and and my wife's L-2 immigration status has been extended beyond April 2012.
The company cannot file for my L-1 extension till within six months of I-94 expiry date (June 2014).
Please help!!!

Visa End Date for me and my wife: April 2012
I-94 End Date for me and my wife: Dec 2014
EAD Expiry Date: Nov 2012
