Hello, I had L1B VISA valid till 2-Aug-2012. I returned to India upon VISA expiry and applied for new L1B VISA which got approved and valid till 6-Jun-2015. My wife had applied for EAD in 2011 and got it approved with validity till Apr-2013. Now we are back in US and got I-94 valid till Sep-2015. In this case, does my wife's EAD valid to use or does she need to apply for new EAD again?
