Hi,
My L1 (blanket petition) visa expired in May 2013 and want to apply for an extension. In the last 3 years I have visited US several times but have never stayed beyond 3 months max. Overall in the last three years I might have stayed only for about 6 months.
Question is, if I apply for an extension can I get it for 4 - 4.5 years (5 years MINUS the total months I have lived here in my several trips) since I have never lived in the US at a stretch?
