I have a web design business in India
me and my wife are managing directors of the company from last 1.5 year but in meantime I am also doing some education from UK and handling company online.
We have some employees in USA working for us virtually like handling sales calls etc and we pay them by PayPal from India
I am planning to apply for L1 visa in an year.
My questions are
Do I need to be in my country where office is located to be considered as a managing director for 1 year or i can be student at the same time be a managing director of the company?
Having a virtual office in USA with 4-5 employees there will give application positive or negative aspect?
