L1 B Extension : Visa expires ,can I enter to USA

Hi,
Currently I am holding L1 B Blanket petition which is getting expired on 08 Jan 2013. I want to visit India for family occassion in the month of Dec and expecting to return back by 17 Dec 2012.
After which I am planning to file my L1-B extension .

Is it be a problem at the Port Of Entry when I would be returning back to US from India as there will be less than 60 days for my visa expiration.

Please advice me .

When does your Visa expire? Visa must be valid on the day of travel (Dec 17). Otherwise no problem.

My visa is getting expired on Jan 08,2013 .
