Am currently in L1 Visa since June'10 and came to US on Oct'10. My L1 Visa would expire on June'13 and i am planing to travel to India by May-June'13.
If i get through my F1 visa, I plan to pursue my studies on F1 visa , and join college by Aug'13. The concern/doubt that i have is whether if i complete by Degree by March - May'2015 and obtain a job on OPT, would there be an problem while my future company applies for H1 visa as i would be in US for almost 5 years on a contiuous basis?
