Need help..
My question is:
Me and my spouse got L1 and L2(depending on L1) Visas.
We're are going to move to USA and then to apply to workpermit for L2.
As we know, it may take up to 90 days to get a work permit for L2 of spouse.
The question is: is this possible to travel out of USA during waiting time for work permit on L2 - for L2 visa holder(a travel is for private purpose) and/or for L1 Visa holder(a travel for business trip). Is waiting time affected by such travel or even application for work permit may be cancelled because of it?
As we know, for work permit application we have to provide I94 copy, so if L2 visa holder travelling out of USA, the I94 form will gone upon leaving USA, and she will get new I94 when she will return - might it be a problem?
