Chances of L1B approval after being rejected once
Hi. I am currently working in a leading MNC in India in the role of a Product Design Engineer. I have a total of 4 years 10 months experience working with the same client and company.
Last year my L1B visa got rejected in May. The reason provided was that the visa was Not Clearly Approvable. However I later understood that I was not able to convince the VO about my specialisation and my stress was on the Tools rather than my domain.
This time I am once again going for L1B for the same client. However I am a bit sceptic whether the VO will clearly give me a chance to portray my specialised skills. Is there any baggage of a previous rejection?
