Hi there,
I'm currently applying for a new I-Visa as mine expires in December. However, I'm a little conflicted about the form.
During my time in the US I've been paying taxes here (3 years) as I've spent the majority of my time working here for foreign media during that period, but am not sure whether declaring my SS and Tax ID numbers will count for or against me when applying to renew the Visa.
Also, I have an American fiancé living in the United States. I'm wondering whether I should be declaring that as it may imply that I'm seeking the Visa for untoward reasons.
Any thoughts you guys have, or experiences you can share would be most helpful. Driving myself insane overthinking all of this.
