Hi,
I am here in the US on an I visa and my wife is here with new on a visitor's visa. She is pregnant and plans to give birth here. However,we don't have an insurance and is wondering if there is any insurance company that I can access a plan. If not, should she give birth here and we can't afford to pay the bill, whatever the implications?

No, there is no insurance that will cover her since she is already pregnant. You will have to pay all of the cost out of pocket.

The hospital will bill you. You can see if you can get financial assistance from the hospital for being unable to pay. Emergency Medicaid might be an option for covering for the birth. If that doesn't work and you don't pay, a collection agency may call you to hassle you about paying, and might try to sue you. But if you have no money, there is nothing they can get from you anyway.
