Hi there,
I am enquiring about an I Visa for a motoring journalist we are hoping to invite to attend a Jaguar car launch in Scottsdale. We would be booking him to fly out on 7th December - next Friday - would he be able to obtain an I Visa before that time? Or can you tell me if he already has an I Visa as I understand they are usually distributed on a yearly basis.
