Hi there - I am British born and currently on an I visa. But i have become redundant as the NY location of our office has closed down.
How long do i have to find another job with a foreign agency? Also, what is the procedure if I want to switch employment? Do i need to file any documents? Do i need to return to my home country and reapply for another visa? Also would i be out of status while I am looking for another job?
Does anyone know of any human resources or job banks that help look for international companies to work for?
