Filing H1B - marital status as Divorced

Hi,

Am applying for H1B visa for this year, i got married in 2010 and next day after marriage we are separated as she got married unwillingly. We got divorced in 2011 after a year with mututal understanding in Indian Court. While filling form if i give marital status as Divorced does it effect my H1B Stamping, also do i need to produce any documents of divorce while filing or while visa stamping. Pls reply ASAP.
