Hi everybody,
I have recently graduated and obtained a PhD degree in computer science. I got a job offer but the chances that I have been selected in the H1B lottery are now very small... Now I want to apply for an O-1 visa. Otherwise I'll loose the job offer.
Can anyone share his/her experience with respect to the documentation required to obtain an O-1 visa? I have one high impact factor journal publication and several conference publications. I'm also a PC member of one top notch conference and several workshops. I have one international award of lesser importance. Will this be sufficient?
