l adopted a child from Africa, now l am not sure: l am needed to submit financial support docs, and l think its 864EZ, anybody knows? Also what type of interview questions do they ask adopted children? Right now the adopted child is using her biological last name, whenever shes ready for passport, does she need to change her biological last name to mine?, am the one adopted her. What other requirements are needed? your quick response is greatly appreciated. Thank you
